Key duties include packing and dispatching orders, answering phone calls, providing customer service, selling and upselling products, maintaining stock inventory, keeping stores clean and tidy, and organizing warehouse space.
Prospective candidates should possess accuracy and quick learning skills, excellent communication skills, customer service skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, experience with online order handling and processing, and the ability to lift 15-20 kg boxes.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring availability to work Monday to Friday.
