What’s the role?
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, with hybrid working (three days a week in the office). You’ll be part of the team behind the Westpac App and digital banking platforms — helping deliver new features, smoother experiences, and high-quality releases for millions of customers. You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure every update is stable, secure, and customer-ready.
What do I need?
- Robust QA skills across manual and automation testing
- Ability to work in Agile teams and manage test planning and reporting
- Understanding of quality areas such as performance, security, accessibility and operational readiness
- Experience building relationships and working with multiple technical teams
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, AppDynamics, Splunk, debugging tools, and automation frameworks
