Job Description About the role You will lead engineering in AIPS Recommendations, enabling AI/ML services that match quality candidates to jobs.
You will design and own scalable components, evolve system architecture, and ensure production reliability and non-functional SLAs.
You will coordinate delivery to roadmaps, support algorithm experiments, and turn results into platform improvements.
You will lead a small team of engineers, provide line management, and coach for growth.
You will collaborate with Data Science, Product, and stakeholders to influence product evolution across SEEK's global services.
