Lead the Change! We are seeking our new Business Development Manager for Education and not-for-Profit Market, Application and Data Solutions and Services- Lead Generation to Close. The Education and Not-for-Profit market are facing a period of unprecedented change and regulation. Their current tools are failing them. We have market market-leading software-plus-service solution designed specifically for this environment in Australia. This isn't just a sales role; it's a Thought Leadership position. What You’ll Drive: You will have a passion and zeal for understanding customers and helping them solve their problems through the process. You're Not Just Selling Software: Our solution requires a consultative approach. You won't be responding to RFP’s; you'll be helping prospective clients unpack a business problem they didn't even know they had and then showing them how our solutions are the ones built to solve it. Target: Education and not-for-profit clients across Australia who are shackled by outdated systems that don’t work together and are just adding more and more processes to their core staff’s day-to-day life. • End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, collaborating with technical and consulting teams on proposals. • Sales Focus: Drive growth in RTG’s Data and Application solutions, with opportunities to upsell consulting and managed services. • Performance: Meet or exceed new client revenue targets with uncapped incentives and quarterly activity KPIs. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders. What Sets You Apart: If your current sales role feels like a bureaucratic nightmare and you are not in control of what you do every day, it's time for a change. Someone who already understands the pain points of using a wide range of applications, perhaps with previous experience in consulting, operations, or deeply specialised sales in that sector. An expert communicator who can articulate a solution into a simple, compelling case. Someone who likes driving themselves to reach success but really enjoys collaborating and bringing others on the journey. Experience selling technology solutions or services to Education, Aged Care, or Not-for-Profit sectors is highly desirable. Ability to independently generate leads, qualify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle. Victorian Driver’s Licence and a car. Who is RTG?
