Work with a leading property group to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces and maintain high-quality facilities.
* Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
* Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
* Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets.
* Conduct regular WHS checks and follow safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members and respond to resident queries.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Current 'C' Class manual driver's licence.
* Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
* Proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment.
* Understanding of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery.
