Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Location: Northfield, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre Salary: AHP4 $118,887 to $129,427 p.a. (pro rata) Super Salary Packaging Salary: RN3 $130,190 to $136,010 p.a. Lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, drive innovative brokerage solutions, and build strong partnerships to deliver seamless, person-centred outcomes across services. Key Duties Lead clinical direction and inspire team performance Manage staff, flow and day-to-day service delivery Build strong links with health, NGO and community partners Drive programs that lift client outcomes and access Provide expert guidance for complex care needs Ensure safe, consistent practice aligned to policy Coach, support and grow emerging staff Monitor quality, risk and continuous improvement About You you’re a confident clinical leader from a nursing or allied health background, who brings people together, thrives on complexity and delivers safe, high-quality care. You balance autonomy with teamwork and know how to turn strategy into meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
