Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for providing accurate, efficient and high-level support, guidance and advice to the business in addressing human resources needs, delivery and implementation of the HR strategy. Looking for Immediate starters. This role is four days office based, one from home.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with the HR Operations Manager to assist in the delivery of a range of generalist and specialist HR initiatives within the employee life cycle
- Provide best practice human resource advice and delivery of human resource services to managers and team members in a well-researched, informed and timely manner
- Develop and coach current and existing line managers in fundamental human resource practices and procedures
- Provide ongoing advice, assistance, direction and education on a diverse range of human resource topics in line with the employee life cycle including, but not limited to policy, practices and procedures, recruitment and selection, performance management including disciplinary action, employee relations, reward and recognition, employee engagement, culture and change
- Ensure that all human resource legislative requirements and appropriate standards are observed
- Preparing employment contracts for new and existing team members in line with budget, relevant approvals and award legislation
- A key contributor towards the continuous improvement of HR systems and platforms including but not limited to Employment Hero, xREF, GO1
- Work with the HR Operations Manager on developing and maintaining company policies
- Timely recording of correspondence of performance management issues
- Working with the HR Operations Manager on monthly HR reporting and metrics
- HR projects - partnering with the Global HR team
