Work as a Dedicated Rehabilitation Guide
You will be working with individuals who have been injured and need guidance to regain their confidence and independence.
This role requires empathy, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to create effective solutions for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop tailored plans to support their recovery and reintegration into the workforce.
2. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.
3. IDentify barriers to return to work and design innovative Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
4. Visit workplaces to understand the challenges they face and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
