As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide assistance to guests with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related needs
* Offer support during flight disruptions and cancellations
* Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
**Requirements**
* 18 years of age or older
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
* Previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
* Transport to and from the airport
