The Partnerships team at THE ICONIC plays a vital role in shaping the brand's external collaborations, driving growth, and strengthening our position as a leading fashion and lifestyle destination. We focus on building a successful partnership ecosystem, providing customers, brand and commercial partners with a world class experience. The Partnerships team collaborates with leading partners, on joint strategic business objectives, driving commercial outcomes.
We are currently on the search for a Group Partnerships Manager to join our team on a 12 month Max Term Contract.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and working closely with the broader Marketing, Tech, Finance and Category Management teams to bring partner activities to life. This role will be a key contributor in shaping the future of partnerships, focusing on "fewer, bigger, better" strategic partners. The role will also lead key relationships with strategic brand partners and execute their plans with THE ICONIC.
About the Role...
1. Lead the Brand Partner team, overseeing multiple clients and executing the brand or commercial partnership strategy for optimal profitability.
2. Development of a high performing team – foster a positive and safe culture for all team members
3. Management of pipeline
4. Accountability for revenue targets
5. Management of internal stakeholders – collaborate with internal teams fostering cross functional efficiencies and champion a positive internal culture.
6. Represent brand partnerships at key meetings
7. Exploration and driving of commercial outcomes to benefit the business
8. Deliver regular reporting and analysis
9. Optimise platform tools as profitable ‘solutions’ (MbGFG / LIVERAMP)
10. Management of Brand partnership budget
11. Challenge and innovate the status quo
12. Ongoing business development - existing and new
13. Develop and lead positive agency relationships with supportive ways of workings
Key Skills
14. Previous experience leading high performing sales teams.
15. Retail and or tech experience
16. Management of budgets

18. 10 years + experience in an account management role client /agency side.
