* Build & Manage Your TeamYou'll have accountants (both onshore and offshore) plus a Client Services Coordinator. Think of them as your own mini‐squad, ready to support the amazing work you do.
* Compliance & AdvisoryDeliver annual tax plans, ensure compliance is tight, and guide clients through advanced strategies (structuring, valuations, CFO advisory). The real challenge—and the fun—is going beyond spreadsheets to solve real business problems.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
* CA/CPA Qualified (or close)You've got the foundation. Now you want to level up.
* 4–5+ Years in Public PracticeYou've sharpened your skills, faced a few client curveballs, and come out stronger.
* Tech‐SavvyComfortable with cloud‐based platforms (Xero, MYOB, etc.) and always up for trying something new if it'll help clients save time and money.
