Job Description
* Leading end‐to‐end business analysis across multiple initiatives
* Defining integration requirements across core and satellite applications
* Developing business cases, including cost‐benefit and risk analysis
* Running workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels
* Translating business needs into clear solution direction and requirements
* Partnering with delivery teams, architects, and product stakeholders
* Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
* Driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives
* Supporting UAT and acceptance criteria definition
* Contributing to BA standards, governance, and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
* 15+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience delivering enterprise‐scale initiatives
* Strong background working with COTS platforms (ERP, PLM, MRP, etc.)
* Experience defining system integration requirements
* Demonstrated experience building business cases and financial models
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
* Experience mentoring or leading other BAs
* Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
