We are seeking an ambitious and motivated professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting referral partners, driving student engagement, and strengthening partnerships across the Western Suburbs.
About the Role
You will be the face of the organisation to a portfolio of approved referral partners. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships through regular visits, ensuring visibility, providing outstanding service, and ultimately driving student referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and Grow Referral Partners: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of referral partners and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and referral outcomes.
* Conduct Regular Site Visits: Build visibility and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners through regular site visits.
* Partner with Service Consultants: Ensure smooth processes and excellent support for students by partnering with service consultants.
* Monitor Partner Activity: Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and referral outcomes by monitoring partner activity.
* Represent the Organisation: Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and events.
What You'll Bring
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in account management, sales support, vendor management, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
* Proactive Approach: A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in building partnerships.
* Multiple Relationship Management: Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively.
* Travel: A full Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the Western Suburbs.
