What you'll be doing
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends
* Contribute to the overall sales and business development strategies of the company
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in new business development or sales, preferably within the building materials, construction or manufacturing industries
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
* Familiarity with sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
* Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your designated territory
