Finance Transformation Manager
The role involves collaborating with clients to navigate complex finance challenges and drive strategic operational and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, designing future-ready finance operating models, and implementing enabling technologies such as ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AI, RPA, and Power BI.
* Lead complex finance transformation projects by driving digital strategy process optimization, future-state operating model design, and implementation of enabling technologies.
* Develop high-performing teams through mentoring junior consultants, collaboration across service lines, and delivering integrated solutions that drive sustainable change.
* Engage directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build trusted relationships, provide strategic insights, and support business development through proposal work, solution design, and thought leadership.
Requirements include 4-8 years of experience in finance transformation consulting or in-house finance roles, ideally within professional services Big 4 or industry finance teams.
Strong knowledge of core finance functions is required, including FP&A record-to-report order-to-cash, with hands-on experience in finance strategy process improvement and system implementations.
Proven ability to lead and influence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills is essential.
