Job Description:




The Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site. This includes ensuring all documentation and reporting is completed to a high standard, supporting our crew on-site, and being the first point of contact for queries.

Responsibilities include owning core site administration, supporting the people onsite with end-to-end onboarding processes, providing training coordination support by updating records and tracking expiry dates, running gap analysis reports in collaboration with the Training Manager.
They will also ensure accurate maintenance & compliance admin duties are performed including fault registers updates.
The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills that are clear friendly effective whilst prioritizing tasks juggling multiple responsibilities while keeping flow across crews departments.
