The Position
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Power Platform Team Lead ? Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team at our Perth head office, located near the airport.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive digital transformation across the business.
Duties
* Lead and manage the Power Platform team through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear technical documentation and specifications.
* Facilitate workshops and lead business process modelling and data analysis.
* Support solution design to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.
* Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and testing of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Mentor and coach junior business analysts.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing a team of software developers and business analysts.
* Strong skills in process mapping, business process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
* Expertise in requirement gathering and management using tools such as Azure DevOps.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and aligning low-code/no-code solutions to business needs.
* Familiarity with SQL, Dataverse, and relational database concepts.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
