Lead Community Engagement
This role is at the forefront of shaping projects' engagement with people, place, and purpose.
You will collaborate closely with project delivery teams to design and implement community strategies that align with sector priorities and customer sustainability goals. This includes identifying key stakeholder entities, such as Indigenous communities, and exploring opportunities for meaningful engagement and partnerships.
A critical part of your role will be anticipating and addressing social performance requirements, including license to operate, across sectors and embedding these considerations into early project planning. You will contribute to the delivery of a reconciliation action plan, advancing commitments to fairness, diversity, inclusion, trust, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as planning, sustainability, or community relations
* 10-15 years of experience in a related field
