Your new opportunity:
Provide proactive sales support, supervise and organise truck up-fit activities for our Perth Truck Sales Department.
In this role you will:
Supervise and organise workflow and accuracy of task completed with the Pre Delivery service technicians
Coordinate new and used truck fit up activities for the Perth Truck Sales Department/Branch both internal and external suppliers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Provide proactive support services to the Truck Sales Department
Coordinate truck movements between the pre-delivery workshop, external suppliers and Main Roads Department
About you:
Experience in a technical or sales coordination role, including customer relationship management
Experience with project planning and management
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and other computer operating systems
Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce written work to a high standard
