Job Description
What this role requires:
* Preparing and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of payments.
* End-to-end processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights.
* Assist with audits and provide required documentation to auditors.
* Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost optimisation.
* Handle general accounting tasks as required to support the department.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have:
* A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in accounting or financial roles.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
