Silver Chef is searching for a customer focused, Administration Officer to support the operations of the Refurbished Hospitality Equipment team. This role is available on a 6-month contract initially.
What you’ll be doing
The role offers an prospect to build strong relationships with our customers and vendors by providing excellent customer service and administration support. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound freight movements and returns of the refurbished hospitality equipment.
This exciting role will give you the chance to grow in an inclusive, purpose driven organisation and be an integral part of the Refurbished Hospitality Equipment Team.
**Your duties include**:
Co-ordinate the administrative activities of the Service Facility including any Transport arrangements (inbound & outbound) and equipment returns from customers.
Collaborate with Warehouse team to process asset returns and provide asset details to operational teams.
Record and maintain accurate records and reports within our systems.
Skills and Experience
Ability to provide a high level of customer service, both internal and external
Experience working with multiple computer systems to record and obtain information
A team player who works well collaboratively to achieve excellent business outcomes
High quality planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills
