Customer Service Professional – Mullumbimby Branch
- 30 hours per week
- Monday – Friday: 9:15am – 4:00pm
About the Role
As the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services (RBS) team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers. You will have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, complete Financial Health Checks, provide options, and problem‐solve while championing our processes and risk‐averse culture.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversations about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify changes.
- Provide options through education and demonstration of in‐branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem‐solve and provide effective solutions while championing processes, procedures, and a risk‐averse culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms transparently.
- Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
- Genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of customers.
