Procurement Professional
The role involves managing contracts for facilities and services across the Network and Infrastructure Division. This includes monitoring financial performance, managing goods, services, and works contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to operational performance by delivering Contract Management and Administration services.
* Develop a positive safety culture through continuous improvement in workplace safety and project delivery.
* Support project delivery by providing risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvements.
Operational Management:
* Assist with day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and verifying invoices.
* Participate in and advise on assessment and processing of contract variations, tender documentation, and dispute resolution processes.
* Record and monitor contract processes, ensure policy compliance, and assist with financial analysis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement lifecycle management, particularly contract management.
* Demonstrated knowledge of government contracting and procurement policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team and contribute to attainment of goals and outputs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
