The Role: As the CFO, you will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, data-driven insights, and commercial support. You will oversee Finance, IT, and Payroll functions, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and integration across systems and processes.
What You’ll Do: Developing and executing financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making.
Leading Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems.
Providing financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support for tenders, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives.
Formulating and implementing an IT strategy that enables improved performance, productivity, and scalability through innovative digital solutions.
Building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
Engaging with stakeholders, presenting financial reports, and representing the company with external partners and auditors.
To thrive in this position, you'll need: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification
Minimum 8 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
Background in retail, travel, or consumer goods sectors preferred
Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial planning skills
Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and compliance
Deep understanding of people-focused operations, including Payroll
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinker with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
