From you:
* Fluent spoken English
* Food safety certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Police Check or willing to obtain one
* Your own uniform: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap, black apron, and enclosed shoes/safety boots suitable for the kitchen.
* Experience with commercial dishwashers is a must (for Kitchen Hands)
* Experience with food handling/Food preparation is a must (for catering assistants)
* Covid & Flu vaccines certificate will be requested for FSA's who work at Aged Care centres (only).
* Working With Children Check (not necessary, but very valuable)
