From you: Fluent spoken English Food safety certificate (or willing to obtain) Police Check or willing to obtain one Your own uniform: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap, black apron, and enclosed shoes/safety boots suitable for the kitchen. Experience with commercial dishwashers is a must (for Kitchen Hands) Experience with food handling/Food preparation is a must (for catering assistants) Covid & Flu vaccines certificate will be requested for FSA's who work at Aged Care centres (only).
