We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee our housekeeping team. This full-time position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring effective systems and operational procedures are in place for the housekeeping team.
* Maintaining accurate attendance and productivity records of the team.
* Empowering staff to develop good practices.
* Driving guest satisfaction by empowering teams to provide exceptional service.
* Maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety processes and procedures.
