We have an enticing position awaiting you at the world-class Kanowna Belle Operation that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long-term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed technical team on a 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour days) roster.
* Provide project management on key projects through all phases including feasibility, design, planning, permitting, procurement, execution, commissioning and optimisation. Manage contractors and their performance for infrastructure projects.
* Offer engineering advice and support to Management and peers. Perform routine compliance auditing of sites against internal and external engineering standards.
* Assist sites with identifying project resourcing requirements, budgeting and scheduling for capital allocations within annual budgets. Review capital expenditure requests for technical and commercial approval.
* Assist sites with regulatory compliance related activities including licensing and permitting of capital developments. Regularly visit sites to liaise with personnel and assist operations.
* Display a clear commitment to safety and health, eliminating or controlling risks of injury and/or damage to equipment. Operate in accordance with and comply with Company Safety and Health Policy, and all site policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Display a clear commitment to responsible environmental management. Operate in accordance with the Company's Environmental Policy, and comply with other site environmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Manage activities to prevent pollution and minimise damage to the natural environment. Minimise waste generation through reduced consumption and increased re-use and recycling.
Key Responsibilities include:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in mineral process plant-related roles. Three to five years in supervisory or management roles.
* Qualifications: Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Electrical, Chemical Process or Metallurgy from a recognised tertiary institution.
