The Legal Practice Management team delivers high-quality legal services and administrative support to the department’s two legal branches and Senior Executive Lawyers.
The Corporate and Information Law team handles requests and makes decisions under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, provides advice on privacy and data law, and advises the corporate areas of the department on a range of legal matters, including government advertising campaigns, finance and employment related legal issues.
