About the role
At LongView, we're redefining what it means to be a Property Manager. We believe in empowering our team with the tools, support, and structure they need to truly succeed, without the stress of overwhelming portfolios or admin-heavy workloads that pull you away from what matters most: your clients.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the industry, either as Junior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or in a similar support role, understanding the nature of the role, and now ready to take the next step. We are looking for someone that is confident in delivering client service and looking for the right opportunity to grow into a Property Manager role with the support and space to do it well.
What you'll do
* Manage a smaller portfolio (~50 properties) end to end, growing over time
* Saturdays required during peak periods (with time in lieu provided).
* Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.
Experience / Qualifications
* Current Police Check
* Worked in the industry for 1-2 years (looking for progression)
* Most of all a team player
