Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing contractor bids to ensure value for money for clients
* Preparing estimates and cost plans for major developments
* Evaluating cost plans and project scopes to identify and address gaps
* Maintaining and updating a library of current local rates
* Optimising project costs against budget through cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates
* Providing estimating expertise throughout design and construction stages
* Building credibility with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants
* Supporting project management with clear documentation and timely communication
Qualifications

* Background in M&E Estimating is essential
* Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data
