Senior User Experience Designer
We are seeking experienced and skilled designers to support a major digital transformation program within a large government environment. This is an exciting opportunity to uplift existing digital systems, design new user-centred solutions and make a significant impact on the global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in user research, usability testing, analysis of research findings and provision of clear recommendations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business users, product owners, SMEs and technical teams.
* Develop UX artefacts including user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes that align with organisational objectives.
