What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
* Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
* Build relationships with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
* Support inventory management and stock handling as required.
* Being the first point of contact for the branch, serve the customers.

Who are you?
* 6–12 months' experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
* A current driver's license (essential)
* Mechanical aptitude: knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded
* Intermediate computer skills (including Outlook and general systems use)
* A willingness to participate in ongoing training and embrace new ideas.
* A strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
* A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to perform duties in accordance with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
