Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a client service liaison position in our Melbourne office.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities. They will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with clients, coordinating labour resources, and ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and documentation.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in workforce management, including client communication, data entry, customer service, and reporting. Formal qualifications are not essential for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
* Coordinate the allocation of labour resources to client sites, matching skills and availability with client requirements.
* Ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
* Utilize software systems efficiently for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
