About the Role
Quilly is seeking an experienced and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our team in a remote, casual position. Working Thursday to Sunday, you will be responsible for developing and managing efficient staff rosters that support the delivery of our Disability Care services.
This is a critical role within our organisation. You will ensure the right staff are in the right place at the right time, helping us provide consistent, high-quality care to our participants. Your ability to think ahead, problem-solve, and respond to changing needs will directly contribute to positive outcomes for the people we support.

What you'll be doing
* Developing and maintaining staff rosters to meet participant care needs and operational requirements
* Coordinating with team leaders and managers to ensure appropriate staff coverage across all shifts
* Monitoring and adjusting rosters in response to changes, such as absences or emergencies
* Communicating roster information to employees and resolving any scheduling conflicts
* Tracking and reporting on key rostering metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborating with the management team to onboard new staff and manage employee leave and availability
* Rotating on call roster.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in rostering within the disability support sector
* Must have experience with Visual Care CRM and Excel Spreadsheets
* Experience building rosters in SIL Housing
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and managers
