You are comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives. You bring strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills, and are adept at shaping technology strategy, defining architecture, and guiding clients through complex cloud transformation initiatives. Our Managers lead the design and delivery of sustainable cloud and DevOps solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams to maximise the value of Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for shaping solution direction, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements. You will operate across the full lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution shaping through architecture, implementation oversight, and operational transition — while mentoring consultants and analysts and driving best practice adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations. Skill & Experience Strong experience designing and leading DevOps strategies using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and enterprise CI/CD platforms Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, and Azure CLI Strong architectural knowledge of Azure platform services, enterprise cloud migration, security, identity, and governance Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Azure infrastructure and platform solutions (IaaS & PaaS) Expertise in monitoring, observability, and operational readiness using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tooling Experience designing HA/DR, scalability, and resilience strategies using Azure-native services Strong experience in Azure networking and enterprise connectivity, including Hub-Spoke, ExpressRoute, VPN, and network security architectures Experience with Kubernetes technologies (Azure Kubernetes) is highly desirable Experience ExpressRoute, VPN gateways and NextGen firewalls Deep understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, RBAC, identity governance, and Zero Trust security principles Non-Technical Requirements: Demonstrated technical leadership across delivery teams, including architecture oversight and decision-making Experience mentoring and developing technical team members Strong client engagement experience, including working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences Experience shaping solutions in pre-sales contexts, including workshops, proposals, and technical solutioning Ability to translate business strategy into technical architecture and delivery roadmaps Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including architecture documentation and executive presentations Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across complex engagements Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate is highly desirable Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is highly desirable Preferred Education Background You will likely have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, information technology or a related area, and/or the equivalent of 8 years of experience in in cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps roles, including architecture and leadership responsibilities.
