As a claims consultant, you will;
* Manage a portfolio of 45 – 55 income protection claims from lodgement through to finalisation
* Gather medical and financial documentation to determine eligibility and make liability decisions
* Engage with treating practitioners to develop injury management, treatment and rehab plans to achieve return to pre-injury health outcomes.
