They have a great brand name and have recently begun to win a lot of work. Their demand is putting strain on their current team and some new faces are required to join the current crop of experienced and knowledgeable schedulers.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team.
- Provide support in accounts payable and receivable.
- Liaise with clients and other third parties.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Monitor critical dates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle telephone general enquiries and requests from clients.
- Maintain data records and generate reports.
