Key Selection Criteria Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support Current CPR Certificate Current driver's licence Experience working in residential aged care or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Full Australian working rights (no sponsorships offered) Desirable: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support Experience with electronic care systems Knowledge of aged care standards and best practices Compliance Requirements: National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) National Personal Insolvency Check Sponsorship is not on offer at this time Why Join Our Client?
