 
        
        This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading 
Keep in mind that initially this role will be working between 2 locations - Gold Coast Office and Brisbane Office. This is to build rapport with the Founder and the CFO. The role will then transition to a Hybrid Working Model. (Some in the office, some WFH dependent on the Founder and CFO expectation) 
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage Founder's calendar and appointments, including travel bookings (flights, accommodation) 
Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and stakeholders 
Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items 
Arrange staff travel and manage office access cards 
Monitor timesheets and forecasts for General Managers 
Assist in coordinating Queensland team events and supporting internal activities 
Maintain company documentation and templates 
Min. 3 years as an Administrration/EA/PA person 
Experience in a tech environment, resilient, versatile, and able to manage diverse personalities 
They have cultural celebrations example a Diwali celebration - so assistance with bringing some creative flair and energy to create events/promote internal events and celebrations. 
Must Haves: Experience in a tech workplace, ability to manage a variety of tasks and personalities 
This is a 6-month FTC
