Experienced Aged and Home Care Worker – Wagga team (casual prospect)
About the Role
Our Healthy Ageing services deliver quality in‐home care supporting our customers to maintain well‐being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.
Typical Day
* Assistance with personal care
* Domestic assistance
* Assisted shopping/client appointments
* Respite care
* Meal preparation
* Social support and community engagement
Shifts will vary in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible. (km's travelled between customers also claimable)

* Assist with meal preparation and respite care
Qualifications
* Available for shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm – some weekend work required
* Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health‐related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
* Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
* Willingness to perform physical tasks and domestic work (mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning)
* Experience with transferring, use of SARA steady and hoist
* Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Current driver's license
* Full comprehensive car insurance, or willing to obtain
