As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience—serving up expertly crafted beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, stylish bar environment. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and warm hospitality will help create memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
* Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
* Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
* Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
* Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
* Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
* Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
* Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
* Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Current NSW RSA certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
* Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
