Senior Beauty Advisor Role
Sepora is seeking a Senior Beauty Advisor to lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
* This role involves supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing daily operations, driving sales, and developing the skills of the store team.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Objectives:
* To be a role model for the team by embodying Seporas DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
* Driving a culture that supports exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through coaching and development of the store team.
* To utilize reporting data to support operational decisions and facilitate open communication with the team.
* To serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
* A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
