As the Administration Assistant for our Event Planning team at The Star Gold Coast, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of this dynamic team. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless administrative processes and a world-class experience for our valued guests. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests, clients, and team members. A few of your responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Planning team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks Coordination of event logistics and deliveries Update and maintain accurate information across a variety of databases Responding to email correspondence as required Provide support to the Event Planning and Management Team What we are looking for: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and exceed our clients' needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other operating systems About you: With your outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team, you are set to shine in this role.
