Reporting to the Field Sales Lead, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
This position is part of the North American Sales Team, located in FL, GA, NC, SC, and is remote, within driving distance from an airport.
In this role, a typical day will include:
* Participating in sales activities such as site visits, calls, trade shows, product demos, customer seminars, and channel management.
* Promoting and selling OTT HydroMet products to core and new customers.
* Developing and executing a business plan for your territory, engaging stakeholders and internal resources.
* Reporting on market activity, opportunities, and sales trends during monthly reviews.
* Using metrics and KPIs to manage productivity and meet sales targets.
* Managing the customer opportunity funnel and collaborating with leadership and sales operations.
* Preparing and presenting a monthly funnel review using CRM (SalesForce.com).
The essential requirements include:
* 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water quality, flow, telemetry, or data management solutions, targeting relevant agencies and organizations.
* A degree in a related field such as Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent is a plus.
* Ability to travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

US ONLY: The salary range for this role is $81,300 - $100,000 USD per year, with eligibility for incentive pay. Compensation depends on education, experience, location, and other factors. We offer comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k).
