We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgical Ward at a leading healthcare facility in Bega, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to surgical patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient recovery post-surgery
- Assist patients with mobility, personal care, and rehabilitation as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration (expiry date and any notations)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- ALS, Triage and Cannulation certifications preferred
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 1 x Current CV
- 2 x Referee Reports (within 12 months, signed by referees)
- Stafflink Number (if current or returning NSW Health Employee)
- Experience using NSW Health’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – Yes / No
- NSW Working with Children Clearance (number & expiry date)
- National Police Clearance (must be within 3 years; include reference number, date lodged, and if disclosable)
- Created ROB Profile (Yes / No)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Mode of transport (public transport or own vehicle)
