About the role
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one of a kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
Who you'll work with
You will join our office in Sydney to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.
In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events, interacting with all departments from Marketing to Operations.
The team you're about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun, with multicultural backgrounds and top profiles such as McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
What you'll do
* Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z.
* Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations.
* Define the way to scale events to all other markets.
* Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences.
* Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose changes to operational processes, drive high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensure high quality experiences are delivered.
* Make informed decisions based on data, including P&L analysis.
* Ensure the financial and operational feasibility of events by analysing and reporting on key metrics.
* Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach.
* Analyse business performance, including P&L tracking, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
About you
* 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles.
* Fluent English with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
* Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
* Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple workstreams to successful completion.
* Resilient and results driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high impact projects in parallel.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders.
* Highly solution oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them.
* Ability to thrive in fast paced environments and a willingness to grow within the organisation.
