Our client is a highly resourceful International Bank with total assets ranked in the world's Top 10 banks.
They have gone from strength to strength in the recent years and have established a remarkable presence in the Australian Financial Market.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform credit risk assessment of various transaction types including M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged and Trade Finance
Cover diversified sectors including
Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Real Estate & Natural Resources
Preparation and presentation of credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments and on-going monitoring of credit performance
Liaise with business functions to facilitate credit application and approval process
Provide guidance to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate any potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors and transaction structures
Other credit and risk management related tasks as assigned
Skill Requirements:
At least 3-5 years experience in analysing structured transactions
Independent decision making skills and be able to identify risks with reasonable solutions provided
Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports
Tertiary Degree in Commerce / Business / Finance
Good knowledge of Corporate Finance & Institutional Banking products
Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modelling, data manipulation and analytics
Excellent verbal and written language skills both in Chinese Mandarin is desirable
