What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in disability, human services, social work, community services, or a related field.
- People management skills – able to coach, mentor, and motivate diverse teams, including managing performance when required.
- Operational know-how – experience in workforce planning or managing service delivery in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication skills – able to build trust with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and resilience – confident managing challenges, crises, or behaviours of concern with calm professionalism.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and a commitment to person-centred, rights-based practice.
- Organisational skills – ability to juggle multiple priorities, use data effectively, and make informed decisions.
