Lead Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail section, ensuring outstanding customer service and store performance.
* Train and schedule staff to meet business objectives and enhance store efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, maintain stock control and optimize pricing strategies for increased revenue.
* Develop sales plans to drive profitability through effective merchandise management and staffing allocation.
* Collaborate with Pharmacist Manager to ensure seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment by implementing store standards.
Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, stock control, cash handling and store presentation.
* A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets.
* Ability to build relationships with suppliers and provide support and guidance to team members.
