Our business is seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Contact Centre Consultant.
We are looking for individuals who will provide support to our group of Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks and Wellness Centres across Victoria.
This is a fully remote work-from-home position with a rotating roster including weekend shifts.
* Inbound and outbound guest communication through phone, email, SMS, and live chat
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guests' needs or concerns and ensuring the quality of service meets agreed customer experience standards
* Engage with guests, promote, and up-sell our services
* Support our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres with securing and managing bookings
